一、「不」要在簽約前預付訂金、押金或提供身分證件。

二、租金明顯低於市場行情,「不」合理。

三、刊登照片過於精美,像樣品屋或飯店,「不」像實際居住環境。

四、刊登者帳號資料不完整或資訊模糊,「不」可信。

五、對方詢問與租屋無關的個人資料,「不」要提供。

You may also visit the Ministry of the Interior’s Real Estate Service Industry Information System to verify licensed real estate agents and rental housing service providers and protect your rights.

Always Verify the Landlord’s Identity Before Signing a Lease:

● If the property is rented directly by the landlord: The landlord should present a valid identification document and proof of property ownership.

● If the property is sublet by a tenant: The sublessor should provide the original lease agreement and proof of the property owner’s consent to sublet.

● If the property is rented through a real estate agent: The agent should provide written authorization from the property owner.
