Protect Your Rights by Understanding Rental Safety Information:
一、自113年8月1日起內政部委託法扶基金會開辦「租屋糾紛承租人電話法律諮詢服務」， 由諮詢律師線上即時回覆住宅租賃法律問題。
2. Consultation Hotline: Dial 412-8518, then press 2 and 6 (for mobile phones, add 02).
3. Service Details:
Target Audience: Tenants (Renters) involved in residential leasing.
Scope: Legal disputes arising from residential leasing relationships.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:30 PM, 1:30 PM–5:00 PM.
Duration: Each consultation is limited to 20 minutes. Calls exceeding the time limit will automatically end.
Free Service: Consultation is free; lawyer fees are covered by the Ministry of the Interior.

「崔媽媽基金會」自1994年開辦免費租賃法律服務，並於民國94年獲行政院消費者保護委員會評定為「消費者保護團體」，提供大眾在居住方面義務的法律服務，包含租屋及公寓大廈疑義法律諮詢、租屋及搬家糾紛協商調解、租約事前審閱服務。
