1. General service counter of the Division (including coordination of various meetings).

2. Document approval and reimbursement registration desk.

3. Budget allocation and control of the Division.

4. Consultation and document collection for student safety insurance, military service, conduct evaluation, awards and penalties, and the Stabilization Program for Student Education (including tuition subsidies and grants).

5. Emergency financial aid services from the Ministry of Education and the University.

6. Off-campus housing services.

7. Poster review and management for the Conference Center.(Gongguan Campus).

8. Consultation and document collection for other student affairs-related services.

9. Other tasks assigned temporarily.
