To help NTNU students living off campus understand their rental agreements and protect their rights as tenants, the Gongguan Campus Student Affairs Section provides the Ministry of the Interior’s residential lease and sublease agreement templates in Chinese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. Students are welcome to download them for reference.
Please choose the template that best suits your rental situation. Before signing, carefully review the terms regarding the lease period, rent, security deposit, calculation of water and electricity charges, repair responsibilities, and early termination of the lease.
If any terms are unclear, please seek clarification before signing. Keep your rental agreement and related payment records in a safe place. You may also seek assistance from your department’s designated student advisor.
