Basis: Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act Article 32, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations on the Development and Management of the Rental Housing Market Approval letter from the Executive Yuan (院臺消保字第113五Ｏ二Ｏ七二八) dated October 28, 2024
