1. Purpose: To encourage students of the Honors College to engage in self-directed learning, explore diverse areas, develop internationally, and pursue interdisciplinary learning.
2. Target Audience: Students of Honors College.
3. Subsidy Method: The activity subsidy is primarily for activities organized by students and the college student association. The principle is that college members should make up more than half of the organizing team or participants in the activity. The subsidy will be provided based on actual expenses.
4. Application must include:

Activity Subsidy Application Proposal (The content must include: 1. Activity name, 2. Purpose of the activity, 3. Organizing unit, 4. Time and location, 5. Activity content, 6. Expected outcomes and budget table, etc.) and

5. Deadline and Procedure: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and must be submitted by December 1, 2023. Once the activity subsidy application is approved by the college and signed for school approval, the college office will notify the applicant.
Notes:
1. Applications can be made individually or as a team.
2. For subsidy plans approved by the school, the applicant must submit an activity report (or present the results through event reports or outcome videos), event photos, and relevant supporting documents for subsequent reimbursement.
Additionally, participants must cooperate by attending experience-sharing sessions and related promotional activities, and agree to have their final report (event reports, outcome videos) reposted on the Honors College website or related promotional materials.
