為提升學生校外居住安全及保障租屋權益，本校提供租屋安全宣導、租屋流程指引、租屋糾紛處理資訊、常見問題及相關安全宣導資源，協助同學建立正確租屋觀念，降低租屋風險。
提醒同學，看屋時建議請家人、朋友或同學陪同，確認房東身分及居住環境安全；簽約前務必詳閱租賃契約內容，切勿於未實際看屋前先行匯款或支付訂（定）金，以保障自身權益及居住安全。

Know the entry and exit routes of your residence and keep pathways clear.

For personal living spaces, consider replacing or installing additional locks as necessary to prevent unauthorized entry.
