1. General contact point of the office (including coordination of various meetings).

2. Registration desk for official document approvals and reimbursement control system.

3. Budget allocation and management for the office.

4. Consultation and document review/collection services for Gongguan Campus students regarding:Student Accident Insurance,Military Service,Academic Rewards and Disciplinary Actions,Traffic Safety,Scholarships,Financial Aid Measures:Tuition and Fee Reductions,Student Loans,Grants.

5. Emergency Relief Grant Services for Students at Gongguan Campus by both the Ministry of Education and the university.

6. Off-campus housing affairs.

7. Approval and Management of Bulletin Board Posters on the 1st Floor of the Complex Building (Gongguan Campus).

8. Consultation and document collection for other student affairs.

9. Other tasks assigned temporarily.
