1. Purpose: To encourage Honors College students to engage in autonomous learning, diverse exploration, international development, and interdisciplinary learning.
2. Target Audience: Students of Honors College.
3. Subsidy Method:
1. The activity subsidy primarily applies to college events organized by the students and the student association, with Honors College members constituting more than half of the organizing team or participants.
For participation in overseas study activities, each Honors College student is eligible for a subsidy once per semester.

Activity subsidy application proposal (the content must include the activity name, purpose, organizing unit, time, location, activity details, expected outcomes, and budget).
Other supporting materials for review.
5. Application Deadline and Procedure:
1. The application for the International Affairs Office’s subsidy for overseas study activities is open until April 1, 2024. Applications for college activity subsidies are reviewed on a rolling basis and must be submitted by May 31, 2024.
2.Application documents should be submitted within the announcement deadline or emailed to the coordinator, Ms. Luo Shuwen (email: swlo@ntnu.edu.tw).swlo@ntnu.edu.tw)。
3. After the activity subsidy application is reviewed by the college and approved by the school, the college office will notify the applicant of the approved subsidy items and amounts.
Notes:
1. Applications can be made individually or as a team.
2. For subsidy plans approved by the school, the applicant must submit an activity report (or present the results through event reports or outcome videos), event photos, and relevant supporting documents for subsequent reimbursement.
Additionally, participants must cooperate by attending experience-sharing sessions and related promotional activities, and agree to have their final report (event reports, outcome videos) reposted on the Honors College website or related promotional materials.
